Hosanna! Hosanna in the Highest — a joyful piece for Palm Sunday, celebrating Jesus’ triumphal entry into Jerusalem.

Palm branches, joyful voices, and the cry of “Hosanna!” remind us of the crowds who welcomed Jesus as King. Yet Palm Sunday also begins the journey toward the cross, giving the celebration a deeper meaning as we remember Christ’s sacrifice and the hope of His resurrection.

It was a joy to be part of this special worship service through music with the handbell choir also. 🌿

Remember Me from Come to the Cross by Cindy Berry is another one of my favorite choral pieces. It is beautifully tender and reflective, drawing the listener into the solemn yet deeply moving moment of Christ’s sacrifice.

I especially love the peaceful, heartfelt quality of this piece. There is something so simple and sincere in the music that makes the message feel very personal—a beautiful reminder to pause, remember Christ, and reflect on His love and sacrifice.

God So Loved the World by John Stainer is one of my favorite choral pieces. Its beautiful, tender setting of the words from John 3:16 captures the depth and simplicity of God’s love in such a moving way.

I especially love the warmth of the harmonies and the way the music gently unfolds the message: “For God so loved the world…” It is a piece that never feels merely beautiful—it feels deeply personal and reminds me of the heart of the Gospel.

A special piece to sing and share with others.

The Hallelujah Chorus from Messiah by George Frideric Handel is one of the most celebrated choral works in the classical repertoire. Its joyful proclamation of Christ’s kingship has made it especially meaningful in Christian worship.

This performance was recorded during our Easter Celebration Service at church—a special moment of worship and celebration of the resurrection of Jesus Christ. It was a joy to be part of the choir and music ministry in proclaiming this timeless message of Hallelujah!
